Selta makes Enterprise Communications Mobile with Comdasys A Unique Number for Fixed and Mobile Services
Cadeo, Piacenza – Italy and Munich, Germany, 11 April 2011 – Selta, the Italian leading IP communication and Unified Communications for enterprise, announces that it has signed an agreement with Germany based Comdasys, a global leader in mobile convergence solutions for the delivery of Comdasys FMC/US solution. The agreement provides for Selta to resell the Comdasys FMC/US solution as an integrated part of the Selta SAMIP and Selta SAMubycom platforms in the Italian market. The mobile solution is certified for a wide range of smartphones based on the most spreaded operating systems, from Symbian, to Android, Blackberry and iOS/iPhone. The mobile solution allows companies and service providers to completely unify all the communications through a unique number definition, reachable via Wi-Fi, UMTS/GSM/GPRS networks using different types of smartphones. Users advantages are multiple due a single point of contact, to converged communication services, Instant Messaging, synchronized phonebook and presence management availability.
